We build one standard of home, whatever the budget.

From multi-million-dollar estates to cottage retreats on a quiet lot, we bring the same craft to every project — because it's never really about the price tag, it's about the way you'll live in the room.

The Delagrange family has led Colonial since 1976. We keep our drafting, design, and construction under one roof, which is another way of saying the person drawing your kitchen is the person you'll talk to when you change your mind about the island.

And when the build is done, John Hoffman is still your contact. Years later. That part matters to us.
